Doing a detox can sound scary. However, we know how important they are. There is a time for everything, and now is a great time to detox. Find balance around your movement, breath, food and drinks, social engagement, prayer and rest using our detox menu and tools that I will teach you. Create healthy, long lasting habits one day at a time.

Courtney Rohan is a seasoned educator with a decade and a half of experience in fostering personal development and guiding individuals through transformative lifestyle changes. Her commitment to helping others achieve a balanced life is deeply rooted in her own healthy journey and continuous learning.
As a cancer survivor of a chronic leukemia diagnosis for 17 years, her research and experience, is vast. Along with a master's in education and a background in psychology, Courtney is devoted to understanding the intricate relationship between the physical and the non-physical worlds and how these affect our behavior, habit formation, and overall well-being.
The 12 Day Pick Up and Put Down Detox course is a culmination of Courtney's expertise and passion for empowering people to break free from debilitating illusions, imagined disabilities and hustle culture. Through this program, she channels her extensive knowledge into practical, actionable steps, enabling participants to declutter their minds to cultivate mindfulness, and embrace a more intentional lifestyle.
